Service-Based Nature Our services (WhatsApp Business API Setup, Automation Systems, Chatbot Flow Building, Campaign Support, CRM Integration, Tools Access, etc.) are digital and service-based in nature. Therefore, refunds are limited and conditional. Once setup, integration, account activation, or any service-related work has begun, refunds cannot be claimed. --- ## 2. Refund Eligibility A refund may be considered only if: * Payment was successfully made but service was not initiated within 7 days. * A verified technical issue from our side prevents service delivery. * A duplicate payment was made mistakenly (valid proof required). Non-Refundable Cases No refund will be provided in the following situations: * WhatsApp number banned or blocked due to spam or policy violation. * Client fails to provide required details/documents for setup. * Client stops using the service by personal choice. * Dissatisfaction regarding leads, sales, or campaign performance. * Trial usage or partial service delivery has already been completed. * Third-party platform downtime, API issues, or Meta policy changes. ReplyXAPI provides tools, automation systems, and technical support. Results depend on your product, offer quality, audience targeting, and campaign strategy. --- ## 4. Cancellation Policy ### A. Pre-Activation Cancellation If cancellation is requested before project setup or activation, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing charges. ### B. Post-Activation Cancellation After service activation or API setup: * No refund will be issued. * Client may stop future renewals at any time. * Subscription plans remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. --- ## 5. Plan Upgrade / Downgrade * Plan upgrades can be done anytime by paying the applicable price difference. * Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle. * Any price difference from downgrade is non-refundable. --- ## 6. Payment Disputes For any payment-related dispute, the customer must first contact our support team. Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without prior communication will be treated as a policy violation and may result in service suspension. --- ## 7.
