## 4. Cancellation Policy
### A. Pre-Activation Cancellation
If cancellation is requested before project setup or activation, a refund may be issued after deducting administrative and processing charges.
### B. Post-Activation Cancellation
After service activation or API setup:
* No refund will be issued.
* Client may stop future renewals at any time.
* Subscription plans remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

## 5. Plan Upgrade / Downgrade
* Plan upgrades can be done anytime by paying the applicable price difference.
* Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle.
